Our travel planning services come with one fee of $500 +GST to be paid upfront, which covers 1-10 people traveling on the same itinerary. This fee includes our initial consultation, research and development of the itinerary, and close iterations with you until all the details match your needs. The fee allows us to allocate the appropriate time and resources needed during this essential phase of itinerary development.

The Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable should you decide you don’t want to book the trip or cancel the trip for whatever reason. If you would like to explore a different destination entirely additional fees may apply.
